Processing Time
All orders are processed within
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Rates calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Rates calculated at checkout
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your destination country. HStore is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address when placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at our contact page with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
